Geetha is now expanding into the next arm of the movie business –film exhibition. The pilot for this was done in Rajahmundry. Geetha Arts has acquired an existing cinema – Apsara, refurbished it with a multiplex environment and relaunched it as “Geetha Apsara”. Geetha-Apsara redefined movie-going experience in small-town Andhra Pradesh, by providing great facilities and blockbuster movies at an affordable price. With the success at Rajahmundry, Geetha is actively looking at opportunities to further expand its exhibition business in other towns of Andhra Pradesh as well.

Geetha Arts is also venturing into other areas of the movie business such as digitizing movie screens, and building movie-ticketing portals.
